Marg has extensive experience in organic standards development and implementation and in addition to Organic Systems & Solutions, currently serves as the Chair of the Certified Sustainable Standards Board under the administration of Deakin University. Marg recently presented at the UN in Geneva on sustainability in the livestock sector. Marg is a former General Manager of an Australian Organic Certification body, and has assisted Governments within Australia and overseas in implementing regulations.

Anni is an Organic Industry Pioneer, establishing the first Organic Food Manufacturing facility in Australia. Anni founded the brand OZGANICS, a market leader in organic sauces and spreads, and is currently exporting to 20 countries, in addition to national distribution in Australia. Anni currently is a member of the Organic Industry Association Australia, and has extensive background in regulation across global organic and trade standards.
Parva has more than 8 years extensive experience in the food industry, specialising in new product development, laboratory procedures, marketing and quality assurance. She did her bachelor and her masters in food science and technology. She worked, studied and travelled in different countries. Parva joined the team as our new product development specialist in May 2014.
Mr Soh is an highly experienced trainer and auditor in ISO systems 9001 & 14001 and is currently registered with IRCA UK (International Registered of Certificated Auditors) & IEMA UK. Mr Soh is based in Johor and has a physics degree, in addition to training and provides our services in Malaysia and Singapore.
Marcus is sought after as a strategic advisor with over 30 years of commercial experience and business acumen. A pioneer in using the internet to streamline business processes, and developer of one of the first major B2B ecommerce platforms in Australia. Marcus is also a qualified trainer and assessor in the areas of Business and Management, again developing robust online educational tools and communities of interest. He has a particular skill in simplifying complex issues so that a way forward can be achieved.
Ben has more than 20 years experience specialising in Angus and other beef genetics and as a beef grader. He has worked as a consultant with OS&S for more than 10 years.
Kelsie is a social media software and interface guru. Prior to moving to Brisbane and working at OS&S, Kelsie worked in commercial radio for 6 years in Toowoomba and these days continue working with HIT Radio in Brisbane. While working in radio Kelsie discovered her love for marketing, specifically Online Marketing, and through her amazing communication strategies she grew a business Facebook page from a couple of thousand to 100,000 likes in just under a year.
Kelsie thoroughly enjoys seeing the engagement and interactions from people all around the world, that these days where we moving further and further away from printed media, are only available thanks to the internet. She is currently undergoing a Diploma of Social Media Marketing to further her knowledge.
Sustainability and ESG Project officer, Emer has recently completed sustainability reporting for the Port of Jakarta, Indonesia and has experience in regenerative agriculture.
